Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our team in driving the modernization of our internal automation applications. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure governance compliance and platform modernization best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities: Automation Design & Implementation:
- Contribute to the entire SDLC for internal applications within the Automation and engineering space
- Contribute to full-stack system and architectural design discussions
- Participation and collaboration UX/UI design, engineering, and product development
- API Service design, development, and implementation
- requirements; integrations
- Modernization and redevelopment of legacy applications using modern processes and technologies
- Building scalable, web application, frameworks with security and standards for best practices
- Write testable, scalable, maintainable, and extensible code
Automation Design & Implementation:
- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for network configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management in a 5G environment
- Automate testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines to ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes are in place
- Identify manual processes that can be automated to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for application development, integration and deployments
Platform Modernization:
- Collaborate with network architects and engineering teams to modernize the platform for greater scalability, performance, and flexibility
- Drive initiatives to migrate legacy telecom systems to next-gen technologies (e.g., cloud-native, containerized solutions, and edge computing)
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network engineers, software developers, operations) to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Document automation processes, code, and platform architecture to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Provide training and mentoring for junior engineers on automation practices, platform modernization, and governance requirements
- Establish and maintain policies for automation workflows, access control, and security measures
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Analyze automation tool failures and platform issues, providing solutions or improvements as needed
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to automated workflows, network provisioning, and platform stability
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. AWS training and certification is a plus
- 5-7+ years of software development experience
- Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS, modern TypeScript/JavaScript, and React
- UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency with Git and CI & CD processes
- Experience with testing frameworks, custom UI components
- Experience with web services, backend design patterns, and API types
- Familiarity with test driven design and development [TDD]
- Agile team participation (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe)
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools
- Familiarity with platform modernization concepts such as cloud-native, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
- Ecosystem tools NPM, and modern and popular libraries,
- Application pipeline processes and development
- Internet technologies, networking and security
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
- Familiarity with 5G network architectures and service automation
Soft Skills:
- Critical analysis mindset; process and system automation ethic
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving technological environments - Understanding of DevOps engineering principles and practices
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
