What you will be responsible for 

As the Social Media Account Strategist at Infinite Views, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients' objectives and drive meaningful engagement with their target audiences. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and leverage your expertise to create tailored strategies that maximize the impact of their social media presence. 

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape, and develop social media strategies that align with their objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and content opportunities, and incorporate insights into strategy development.
  • Create detailed social media plans outlining content themes, posting schedules, engagement strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.
  • Develop compelling content ideas, including copywriting, and campaigns for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, including content creation, posting, community management, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, and provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, and platform updates in social media marketing, and incorporate them into strategy development and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and account management, to ensure that social media initiatives are aligned with overall marketing efforts and client objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on social media best practices, content optimization, and community engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1-2 years working in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
