The SMB Sales Executive is responsible for the direct sales channel for BNC’s Colorado operation. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own the process from prospecting, proposal creation, and closing to supporting onboarding and client development during the first 6 months.

 This SMB Account Executive is an important member of the BNC team and works closely with nearly every part of our organization. In this position, the right individual will generate a sizable income, build an exciting and rewarding career, and directly influence the growth of the company.

OTE RANGE: $130,000 - $150,000+ This is an office-based role with time in the field

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospects, develop, and generate new business through a variety of lead gen activities including cold calling, prospecting, networking, social media campaigns, current connections and referrals etc.
  • Manage a pipeline of business in our CRM and consistently meet or exceed close ratios and other sales performance quotas
  • Respond immediately to inbound sales leads and meet with prospective customers
  • Meet with potential customers and sell BNC services to business owners and decision makers by effectively explaining BNC's unique service offering  
  • Develop technical proposals based on discussions with potential customers
  • Build strong relationships with new customers to ensure their successful transition into the BNC fold, to develop additional work opportunities, and to generate new referrals
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree
  • 4-6 years selling custom solutions, professional services, or consulting services in the SMB space
  • Must be based in the Denver Metro Area
  • Hunter mentality with consultative selling approach.
  • Personal network in Denver would be a plus
  • Conversational knowledge of a broad range of technologies used in the SMB space
  • Experience writing and delivering proposals to C-level executives
  • Ability to generate new sales leads through referrals and networking activities
  • Experience with SalesForce.com or other sales platform CRM
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
