Job Description SummaryThe Camp Boss & Administrative Manager serves as the primary onsite lead for the GE Vernova camp. This dual-role position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective daily operation of camp facilities. The role combines operational oversight (logistics, maintenance, HSE) with administrative duties (personnel tracking, reporting, and regulatory compliance), ensuring a high standard of living and security for all site personnel.Job Description#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
What will you do:
- Managing time tracking, payroll data, and local staff records.
- Ensuring adherence to local labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinating travel, visas, and personnel arrivals/departures.
- Preparing routine administrative reports for headquarters.
- Facilities Maintenance: Overseeing housekeeping, catering, laundry, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- HSE Compliance: Enforcing health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Inventory Control: Managing stocks of food, consumables, and camp equipment.
- Staff Welfare : Ensuring quality of life and conflict resolution within the camp.
What will you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role managing a life support camp or large-scale hospitality infrastructure.

- English, French and Arabic speaker
