About This Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven System Integration (SI) Business Analyst to join our team and drive seamless integration between business needs and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in insurance and/or healthcare systems, combined with proven experience in leading enterprise-level integrations, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient system solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise integrations, and insurance/financial platforms
- Proven track record in requirements elicitation, business process design, and Agile SDLC environments
- Expertise in configuration design, triage, testing, and implementation of enterprise system integrations
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, DocuSign, and API platforms
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions
- Skilled communicator capable of translating complex requirements into clear functional documentation
- Certified Agile Coach or similar Agile framework expertise is a plus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture, translate, and document integration requirements and business rules
- Perform gap analysis on existing systems, define integration strategies, and recommend scalable solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment between business stakeholders, developers, QA, and compliance teams
- Design and document integration workflows, including mapping user journeys, triggers, and automation rules
- Define functional specifications for APIs, data capture layouts, workflow steps, and role-based access controls
- Configure systems to support billing, claims, and premium audit processes in alignment with regulatory requirements
- Lead the documentation and setup of new Programs, Lines of Business, Coverages, and related business entities
- Analyze data requirements for insurance forms, map system data to output formats, and support rules configuration
- Guide development and QA teams through user stories, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
- Develop and execute test plans to validate data integrity and functional performance of integrated systems
- Provide post-implementation support, triaging production issues and optimizing ongoing system performance
- Contribute to the digital transformation of client ecosystems, identifying opportunities for workflow automation and operational efficiency
Compensation for this role is $90K – $110K!
