Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in both business analysis and the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise goals and user needs.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, SPM, EA, BCM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Facilitates requirements-gathering activities and translates business needs into actionable specifications.
- Conducts feasibility assessments and evaluates vendor capabilities, costs, and overall fit.
- Coordinates technical and vendor documentation for solution integrations and implementations.
- Maintains project tracking, reporting, and resource coordination within assigned portfolios.
- Supports business readiness, communications, and change management activities.
- Identifies opportunities to improve demand and delivery workflows.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; or the equivalent required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including knowledge of key modules like ITSM, SPM, EA, BCM, CMDB, or HRSD, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, information technology project support, or a related field required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations, vendor systems, and electronic medical record technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools, such as Jira, Visio, and Excel.
