ServiceNow Architect - Operational Program Transformation

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of robust ServiceNow solutions to address complex client needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster lasting client relationships by delivering value through strategic guidance, regular engagement, and reliable service.
• Strategic System Enhancements: Drive innovation by implementing enhancements to maximize clients' investment in ServiceNow while balancing established and emerging technologies.
• Project Lifecycle Ownership: Technical oversight on projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration and sustained functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
• Continuous Client Support: Provide attentive service and proactive communication to address client challenges and ensure satisfaction.

• Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to manage long-term projects with consistent performance.
• Expertise in building trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to act as technical lead on all OPT engagements and provide guidance to a team of onshore and nearshore technical consultants
