What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

Huntress is seeking a dedicated Senior MSP Marketing Manager to join our growing Partner Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Partner Marketing. This pivotal role will focus on empowering and enabling our MSP partners to effectively sell Huntress solutions to their existing customer base. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing marketing programs and supporting sales enablement initiatives that drive partner engagement. This is an exciting chance to contribute directly to our channel growth and build strong relationships within our MSP ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Definition & Creation: Define, develop, and create comprehensive marketing programs and kits specifically designed for our MSP partners. These will be deployed primarily via our partner hub.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to develop compelling content (e.g., webinars, email templates, social media assets) that MSPs can leverage to generate interest and drive sales with their customers.
  • Hub Engagement: Ensure optimal content and program deployment through the partner portal, driving high levels of partner engagement.
  • Increase Partner Engagement and Communication: Drive partner engagement by creating and executing strategies, including regular newsletters, to inform them about new products and opportunities, fostering a stronger and more active community.
  • MDF Program Support: Support the Director of Partner Marketing in the effective utilization and management of co-marketing funds specifically for MSP-focused initiatives, tracking effectiveness and ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including Hub Engagement and Revenue. Use these insights to continuously refine and optimize MSP marketing strategies and programs.
  • Enablement & Education: Develop and execute initiatives to educate and enable our partners on Huntress products, messaging, and sales strategies, helping them articulate our value proposition effectively to their customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal sales teams to understand MSP needs and align marketing initiatives with revenue targets. Effectively communicate product and program roadmaps to help partners plan their sales cycles.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing, with experience supporting partners or indirect sales channels.
  • Possess a strong understanding of MSP business models and their go-to-market strategies, with a clear focus on enabling them to sell to their end customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and execute marketing programs and sales enablement materials from concept to deployment.
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to track and analyze marketing performance data (e.g., Hub engagement) to inform future strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A natural collaborator, adept at working with sales, product marketing, and operations teams to achieve shared goals. Strong ability to communicate effectively through various channels.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
