We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Service Support Administrative Assistant . In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful ticket resolution and customer satisfaction of the Technical Services team.

Budderfly installs a variety of advanced technologies to improve energy efficiency at our customers’ sites. Ensuring these technologies continue to operate at peak performance is critical to both our mission and customer satisfaction.
This role is a key member of a high-impact team responsible for maintaining optimal system performance and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving invoices from third-party contractors, routing service quotes to the appropriate Technical Support Associate, and managing the completion and approval of teamwork orders.
Ideal candidates will bring strong administrative experience within the HVAC industry and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Owns vendor invoice approval and billable entity selection and all administrative tasks associated.
- Manages all Service Support customer billing disputes
- Owns work order closure along with ensuring information is accurate and detailed within the company Work Order Management system.
- Reviews incoming quotes that come into our Service Quotes distribution and notifies the proper Technical Support Associate, so they can act on them timely.
- Act as Liaison between the company and our service providers to ensure we are in good standing with them on billing and payment.
- Provide dedication to improve customer service and business productivity
- Work alongside our contractor relations department to ensure that as preferred vendors are added into our network are assigned to the sites they service.
- Ensure utmost customer and contractor satisfaction (internal and external to Budderfly) throughout the Technical Services scope of work.

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
