Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented SEO Specialist to support and optimize Zen Media’s client campaigns. This role requires a professional with a sharp attention to detail, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to manage both technical and content-driven SEO initiatives. The SEO Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring our B2B clients achieve strong organic visibility, high-quality traffic, and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, identify issues, and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform keyword research and mapping to guide content strategy for B2B clients.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for maximum visibility and relevance.
- Monitor and enhance technical SEO factors, including site speed, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content and PR teams to align SEO with strategic content marketing and earned media efforts.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and new tools to ensure client strategies remain competitive.
- Manage SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free, optimized campaigns.
- 2–4 years of proven SEO experience, ideally within an agency or B2B marketing environment.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of content marketing and how SEO integrates with PR and digital campaigns.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience optimizing websites in enterprise, SaaS, professional services, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with schema markup, local SEO, and international SEO strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for technical SEO implementation.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or B2B-focused SEO role.
