Title: Senior Web Designer (Contractor)

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. In this role, you’ll design engaging, user-friendly websites that align with each client’s brand identity and business goals. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for design, a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, and a portfolio that showcases a variety of creative, high-performing websites.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and project requirements
• Create website designs that are visually appealing, responsive, and conversion-focused
• Develop site layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for review and approval
• Work within brand guidelines while bringing creative innovation
• Ensure all designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and mobile performance
• Partner with developers to ensure design vision is accurately implemented
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional web design experience
• Proven track record designing for a variety of industries
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI and responsive web design
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
