Job Title: Director Martech Engineering, Adobe
Compensation: $170,000 to $200,000

Adswerve is looking for a Director Martech Engineering, Adobe to join the Adobe Services Team. This person will be responsible for leading the end-to-end engineering strategy and implementation of Adobe's Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions. This position will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of engineers and solution architects, contributing directly to the success of the Adobe Services Team by defining best practices and ensuring the delivery of scalable, robust technical solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end engineering strategy for Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementations.
- Deliver on our current client offerings as well as working with our sales team to attract new business.
- Grow and oversee a team, while growing and expanding our AEP clients and overall client support.
- Define and enforce best practices for data architecture, identity resolution, and real-time personalization.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand their business goals and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee solution design, API integrations, and data pipelines into the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Ensure all implementations are compliant with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Mentor and grow a team of Adobe platform engineers and solution architects.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to evolve our service offerings and support pre-sales efforts.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including its core services like Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, and Query Service.
- Proven track record of successful implementations of Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Deep expertise in data architecture, API integrations, and building data pipelines.
- Experience leading and mentoring a technical team.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
This position pays a base salary of $170,000 to $200,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
