We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Engineer to lead front-end development and drive user experience innovation across our product suite. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with a strong eye for design to deliver elegant, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
This role also includes introducing and scaling AI-driven tooling into our design and development workflows—leveraging automation, personalization, and intelligent UX to create next-generation financial experiences.
What You’ll DoDesign and implement scalable, reusable UI components and frameworks
Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-centered interfaces
Incorporate AI-powered tooling to accelerate workflows, enhance accessibility, and personalize experiences
Ensure performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across web applications
Partner with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and deliver data-rich applications
Establish and champion best practices for UI development, code quality, and testing
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Contribute to architectural decisions and product strategy
7–10 years of front-end or full-stack development experience with a strong UX/UI focus
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Material-UI (MUI)
Proven experience building responsive, cross-browser, and mobile-first applications
Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices
Familiarity with AI tooling for development/design workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, generative libraries)
Strong background with Git and agile methodologies
Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
Background in fintech or building data-heavy applications
Lead impactful projects shaping the digital experiences of financial advisors and clients
Collaborate in a growth-focused environment with influence on technology and product direction
