We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will be responsible for designing seamless user interfaces, conducting research, and ensuring an exceptional digital experience. Your expertise in design tools, user-centered methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for delivering outstanding products.

Key Responsibilities:-

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Visual & Interaction Design: Develop aesthetically pleasing UI designs aligned with branding guidelines while ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.

Design Systems & Guidelines: Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centered designs.

Usability Testing & Feedback: Conduct A/B testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience.

Front-end Understanding: Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Stay Updated: Keep up with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • Senior-Level: 5+ years in design projects.
  • Portfolio: Must have strong case studies or a well-documented portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving, and impact.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma and prototyping/design tools.
  • Skills:
    • User research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
    • Wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and interaction design.
    • Collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams.
    • Agile methodology experience.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.
