In this role, you will:
- Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role and responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues
- Lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional Treasury Management initiatives with broad business impact and long-term strategic objectives
- Deep expertise in Treasury Management solutions, including payments, liquidity, cash flow optimization, and risk management, with the ability to guide high-stakes decision-making
- Strong capability to analyze and resolve large-scale, multi-faceted business, operational, or technical challenges, including those involving ambiguity or unprecedented factors
- Demonstrated ability to make sound, compliant decisions grounded in a thorough understanding of Treasury Management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Effective collaborator and influencer, skilled at partnering with peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Experience leading Treasury Management Consulting projects or teams, or serving as a trusted peer mentor and subject-matter expert
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
