We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!
About the Role
The Dragos People Team is Growing—and We Want You!
We're on a mission to protect the world's most critical infrastructure, and we need a Technical Recruiter who's ready to build the elite engineering team that makes it happen. This isn't just recruiting, it's recruiting with purpose. You'll own our technical hiring strategy and become the strategic force behind attracting world-class engineers and product leaders who are ready to solve some of the hardest problems in cybersecurity.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between our technical teams and top talent. You speak their language, understand their ambitions, and have the expertise to identify the exceptional people who can drive our mission forward. You're not just filling seats, you're assembling a team that protects critical infrastructure and safeguards civilization itself.
Our Recruiting Pillars
Everything we do is grounded in three core principles:
Candidate Experience: We believe recruiting should feel great. From first touchpoint to offer (or respectful rejection), candidates should feel valued and informed.
Stakeholder Partnership: We're strategic recruiting partners, not an order-takers. We collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine their requirements, and deliver the right people.
Quality of Hire: We measure success not just by fills, but by the long-term impact and performance of our hires. Every placement should be a win.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for specialized roles across engineering and product teams, including kickoff meetings with hiring managers, job posting creation, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, and closing.
- Build and maintain deep technical pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, using creative sourcing strategies (Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, etc.) to identify passive candidates who fit our culture and mission.
- Lead the candidate experience by maintaining thoughtful, timely communication throughout the entire lifecycle. You'll be the voice of Dragos to candidates and ensure every interaction reflects our values.
- Partner strategically with stakeholders: hiring managers, team leads, and cross-functional partners to refine role requirements, provide recruiting insights, and drive collaborative hiring decisions that result in quality hires.
- Optimize our recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Crosschq, and other tools) to improve efficiency, data quality, and insights. Troubleshoot issues and share process improvements with the team.
- Drive recruiting process improvements and special projects that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in technical recruiting (engineering, cybersecurity, product, or related technical roles). Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Deep expertise in technical sourcing: you're fluent in creative sourcing techniques, comfortable on GitHub and technical forums, and skilled at evaluating technical talent beyond just the resume.
- Mastery of recruiting tools and platforms: ATS experience (Greenhouse strongly preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, job boards, and screening tools. You're comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes. You think beyond individual hires to build pipelines, optimize processes, and contribute to long-term recruiting strategy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders without dropping the ball in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for candidate experience and quality of hire. You care about the people you place and the teams you serve.
- A collaborative spirit and growth mindset. You're eager to share ideas and continuously improve how we recruit.
- Bonus points: Experience in cybersecurity industry and recruiting; active participation in recruiting communities or conferences.

Plus, you'll be recruiting for a company that's making a real difference in cybersecurity, work that matters.
