Define platform and API architecture, integrate threat intelligence, managed services, AI, and compliance features, manage artifact delivery and entitlement, drive adoption and migrations, partner with engineering and stakeholders, engage customers for validation, track KPIs, and support go-to-market efforts.

Design, implement, and evolve front-end features from concept through delivery. Collaborate with Product and Design to create intuitive UI/UX for security professionals, simplify complex data, improve engineering practices, and contribute to architecture, tooling, and developer experience.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Neighborhood Keeper, a collective-defense platform for anonymized xOT threat intelligence. Define privacy/anonymization architecture, federated query and data-sharing features, Knowledge Pack pipeline, and Trusted Advisor integrations. Engage customers, government partners, and engineering to prioritize, deliver, measure KPIs, and drive adoption and go-to-market efforts. Support sales and community growth while balancing trade-offs and regulatory constraints.

Design, implement, and optimize high-performance backend systems in Rust for an xOT security platform. Participate across the development lifecycle—debugging, testing, and performance tuning—while integrating relational and NoSQL data stores, microservices, third-party devices, and AI tools. Provide technical leadership, code review feedback, and promote secure, reliable, observable distributed systems.

Own Dragos' integrations and Technology Partner Program end-to-end: define vision and roadmap, prioritize integration requests, drive in-house and partner development, govern partner integrations and documentation, manage partner onboarding and enablement, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure partner experience and integration quality.

Own and operate Dragoscloud fleet across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Build Terraform IaC, manage fleet health, networking, IAM, secrets, observability (Datadog), on-call incident response, SRE practices, compliance (FedRAMP/SOC2), and automation for customer environments.

Build and optimize high-performance backend systems for an xOT security platform using Rust. Participate across development lifecycle, design scalable microservices, integrate third-party devices and data providers, incorporate AI tools, and improve observability and reliability through testing, debugging, and peer review.

Manage and grow a Cloud Operations Engineering team to ensure fleet reliability and customer environment health across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Own operational outcomes (SLOs, error budgets, incidents), on-call rotations, audit/compliance contributions (FedRAMP, SOC2), cloud cost management, and cross-team coordination while partnering with architects and security. Hire, develop, and report on team performance and risk to engineering leadership.

Design, build, and ship production software that identifies, fingerprints, and interacts with network-connected devices (embedded, IoT, OT/ICS). Analyze network captures and undocumented protocols, develop automation and shared frameworks, write automated tests, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product, research, and customer teams and use AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Design and implement high-performance backend systems in Rust, optimize architectures, participate across the development lifecycle (debugging, testing, optimization), integrate third-party devices and data, incorporate AI tools, mentor senior engineers, and lead architectural and technical strategy across teams.

Lead and develop engineering managers across discipline-based communities (frontend, backend, data, AI). Provide technical guidance, set AI-assisted engineering standards, drive department-wide engineering initiatives, partner with product to staff cross-functional teams, ensure operational readiness and long-term codebase health, and own hiring, performance, and onboarding for a 35–50 person organization.

Own and expand Dragos's global strategic partnership with Accenture: set vision and multi-year joint plans, drive co-innovation and GTM execution, enable sales and technical teams, align ecosystems and leadership to grow partner-sourced revenue and embed Dragos capabilities into Accenture services.

Lead and grow a Technical Account Management team to drive Dragos Platform adoption in industrial security environments. Serve as escalation point, partner with engineering/product to prioritize customer needs, define KPIs, operationalize use cases, and improve processes and tooling to scale customer success. Advocate AI-driven improvements and collaborate with sales, solutions architects, and intel teams to prove platform value.

Lead a portfolio of OT cybersecurity products, define strategy and roadmaps, manage and mentor product managers, embed customer discovery, partner with engineering and GTM teams, integrate AI/ML capabilities, and drive measurable product and business outcomes for critical infrastructure customers globally.
