ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own and execute full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering, Product, and Data teams. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will shape the future of Splash’s technical talent pipeline. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, the VP of Engineering, and other leaders across Splash to attract, engage, and hire world-class technical talent who raise the bar on our culture and execution.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and closing top talent, as well as advising leadership on market trends, compensation, and candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves building strong relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping a scaling startup find and hire the very best.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles — from intake and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and close

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team culture, and long-term goals

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and creative outreach strategies

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Splash’s values and culture

  • Use data to influence decisions, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and pass-through rates

  • Advise on market intelligence — compensation trends, competitive insights, and candidate behavior

  • Champion diversity and inclusion in recruiting strategies and candidate slates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles (engineering, product, data)

  • Proven success sourcing and closing senior and hard-to-fill roles in a competitive market

  • Experience partnering with executive-level hiring managers and influencing decisions with data

  • Comfort navigating ATS systems (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • A builder’s mindset — you enjoy optimizing processes, testing new approaches, and iterating quickly

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a white-glove candidate experience

  • Passion for recruiting and representing the company brand to top talent

COMPENSATION:

  • The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $140,000 annually based on market data, location, and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for a bonus component tied to individual and company performance. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
