Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our scrappy People team, reporting to our Manager, Talent. You’ll manage the full cycle of hiring for a portfolio of a wide variety of requisitions that could span technical, non-technical, and clinical domains, often with an emphasis on senior-level roles and above. In doing so, you’ll serve as a one-stop shop for coordinating interviews, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. All the while, you’ll conduct these processes with an eye towards scalability and best-in-class candidate experience.

But this position is about more than just simply filling roles: You’ll be a passionate advocate for hiring best practices across our company. You’ll facilitate meetings with internal partners (including executive leaders) and guide them towards effective interview practices and hiring decisions. You’ll kick off searches for roles that have never been launched before at SmarterDx, and develop hiring plans and interview materials from scratch. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who has proven success hiring across a diverse range of functions in a high-growth startup environment, with a knack for coaching their hiring partners throughout the recruiting process.

SmarterDx builds clinical AI that empowers hospitals to analyze the complete record of every patient to fully capture the value of care delivered. By doing so, hospitals can recover millions in earned revenue, enhance care quality metrics, and optimize healthcare operations. Become a Smartian and help optimize the way the healthcare system works for everyone. Learn more at smarterdx.com/careers.
