Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a data-driven roadmap that sequences features and architectural improvements, leading initiative and epic creation with well-defined scope, acceptance criteria, and technical dependencies
• Define and oversee product architecture for complex initiatives, collaborating with engineering to design APIs, microservices, and event-driven workflows that align with scalability and reliability goals
• Utilize system diagrams, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and testing verification frameworks to ensure technical clarity, architectural correctness, and alignment with platform capabilities
• Serve as the primary technical representative for strategic partners, leading requirements negotiation and integration planning to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from concept to launch, collaborating with GTM, legal, and operations teams to ensure business case validation and operational readiness
• Monitor development progress against architectural blueprints, facilitate design reviews, and champion a metrics-driven culture focused on performance, customer outcomes, and business impact

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university
• 5+ years of combined experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or Systems/Product Architect

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms with experience building scalable software products using API integration patterns, microservices, and backend system design
• Ability to create and interpret engineering-level documentation and contribute meaningfully to architecture discussions
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level communication and presentations, specifically translating complex requirements into clear narratives
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile and web application development, data flows, and distributed architectures
• Experience negotiating requirements and delivering in partner-facing environments across business and technical units
• Proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments as a problem solver with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

• Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field from an accredited university
• Proven experience managing integrations across diverse external partners, including telecom carriers, MVNOs, and OEMs
• Exposure to 5G, eSIM, network services, device provisioning, or value-added services
• Experience performing Product Management duties in both large-scale corporate environments and fast-paced startup ecosystems

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
