We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on professional who knows how to build strong hiring pipelines, engage top talent, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding results. In this role, you’ll have full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, freedom to experiment with new approaches, and a direct impact on team growth and company success.
Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram — helping small businesses become visible and scale.
We already have 1 mln. + users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-5 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 150 specialists.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles — from kick-off meetings and sourcing strategy development to final interviews, negotiations, and offer signing;
Ensure high-quality communication at every stage of the recruitment process, providing timely and thoughtful feedback to all stakeholders;
Maintain accurate and organized data in the ATS to ensure transparency and efficiency;
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering strategic support and insights to help solve both tactical and long-term hiring challenges;
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring clear communication and a genuine connection with each candidate;
Continuously optimize and refine hiring processes, testing new, creative sourcing channels and recruitment approaches;
Stay ahead of recruitment trends, constantly improving methods to make the hiring process transparent, data-driven, and highly effective.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within fast-growing product or tech companies;
Proven track record of independently managing 5–7 open roles simultaneously;
Strong background in building sourcing strategies, identifying, assessing, and engaging top candidates;
Experience thriving in a dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
A hands-on mindset and readiness to take full ownership of the hiring process and results;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle complex situations through empathy and clarity;
A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a drive to improve existing processes and introduce new ones;
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and prioritization;
English level: Intermediate+
