Leidos are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior System Intune Administrator – MAC Integration for an remote position supporting the HUD IOO O&M program.

The candidate will provide Intune system administration, specializing in MAC OS integration into a Microsoft AD environment for the Department of HUD. The candidate will function as the lead for the implementation of integrating MAC OS devices. Primary Responsibilities:

• Multi-Platform Device Lifecycle Management.

• Configure and maintain zero-touch onboarding for all platforms: Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) via Apple Business Manager (ABM), and iOS/iPadOS enrollment.

• Manage macOS configuration profiles, mobile device management (MDM) payloads, and shell scripts (Bash) for custom settings and elevated controls.

• Define and manage Windows baseline policies, administrative templates, PowerShell scripts, and Remediation scripts.

• Application Packaging & Deployment.

• Package, test, and deploy applications across all platforms (Win32, LOB, Microsoft Store, macOS PKG/DMG files, and iOS App Store / VPP volume licensing).

• Maintain patching schedules and automated software update workflows for Windows, macOS, and mobile apps.

• Security & Compliance.

• Implement Conditional Access policies, App Protection Policies (MAM), and Compliance Policies linked with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• Manage disk encryption standards across platforms (BitLocker for Windows, FileVault for macOS).

• Configure identity integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Platform SSO for macOS endpoints.

• Operational Support & Monitoring.

• Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint-related technical issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile fleets.

• Monitor tenant health, device compliance failures, sync errors, and security vulnerabilities; remediate non-compliant assets promptly.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, enrollment guides, and end-user self-service instructions.

Technical Leadership:

The candidate selected shall operate independently as a senior technical advisor and be capable of leading implementation and configuration discussions, challenging current practices when appropriate, identifying risks/dependencies, developing remediation strategies, leading complex troubleshooting, coordinating across teams, mentoring personnel, and briefing senior stakeholders.

Please Note: This is 100% telework/remote opportunity. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of system administration experience (or commensurate experience) OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.  Additional years of relevant experience maybe considered or accepted in lieu of degree.

• 3+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, including at least 2 years dedicated to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.

• Hands-on experience integrating Apple Business Manager (ABM) with Intune, VPP app management, FileVault management, and running Bash scripts on macOS. 

• Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell scripting, Win32 app packaging (IntuneWin App Prep Tool), and AD/Entra ID integration.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, RBAC, and Endpoint Security baselines.

• Experience configurating iOS/iPadOS devices, Supervision, App Protection Policies (MAM without enrollment), and Company Portal deployment.

• Strong technical communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience architecting and implementing zero trust solutions.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a HUD Public Trust clearance.

• US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• JAMF knowledge.

Please note:  The program budget salary for this role could fall anywhere between mid $120,000 to mid/high $130,000 with a slight wiggle room (no guarantees) based on relevant experience and assessment.  Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
