  • Active IAT/IAM Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security).

  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux, Oracle Exadata, ZFS, and middleware technologies.

  • Strong understanding of patch management, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of DoD STIGs, RMF compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering results in complex environments.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and middleware technologies such as WebLogic and SOA Suite.

  • Familiarity with Agile SAFe frameworks and participation in PI planning events.

  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

  • Experience with container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Background supporting hybrid cloud or cloud migration projects (OCI, AWS GovCloud).
