WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, you will:
- Ecosystem Architecture: Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for the Soft Brands and Consultant category, identifying untapped market segments and high-leverage entry points.
- Global Alliance Management: Act as the lead strategic negotiator for "Big Rock" partnerships, navigating complex legal and commercial frameworks with global C-suite stakeholders.
- Programmatic Innovation: Design and institutionalize scalable lead-generation playbooks, certification programs, and "Plusgrade-Certified" consultant frameworks that function autonomously.
- Executive Influence: Act as a key advisor to the Executive team, providing market intelligence that shapes Plusgrade’s global GTM strategy and product evolution.
-Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead high-impact, cross-departmental squads (Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure the partner voice is integrated into the core product value proposition.
- Market Evangelism: Represent Plusgrade as a thought leader at global industry events and within exclusive consortia, driving brand authority at the highest levels of the industry.
KPIs for Success
-Contribution to Pipeline and ARR: Percentage of total company revenue sourced or influenced by the Soft Brand/Consultant ecosystem.
-Ecosystem Velocity: Reduction in sales cycle length for leads coming through certified consultant channels.
- Market Penetration: Year-over-year growth of Plusgrade’s "preferred vendor" status within Tier-1 global soft brands.
- Partner Lifetime Value: Growth in active, recurring referral volume from the top 20% of the partner portfolio.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Partnerships, Strategic Business Development, or Management Consulting (specifically within Hotel Tech or Global Hospitality).
- Deep, existing network within global soft brands (e.g., LHW, Preferred, Design Hotels) and Tier-1 hospitality consulting firms.
- A proven track record of closing complex, multi-year partnership agreements with significant revenue impact.
- The ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable, data-driven partner programs.
- Exceptional executive presence; ability to command a room and influence stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM architecture (Salesforce/HubSpot) to build sophisticated partner attribution and reporting models.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
