About This Role:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and design test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and existing functionalities.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web, mobile, and/or API applications, familiar with and automated test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in Agile/Scrum environments
• Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports to stakeholders, including test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness
• Contribute to the documentation supporting all phases of the medical device development lifecycle

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Driven by a commitment to quality and thoroughness.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and thoroughness.

Skill set:

• Minimum bachelors or MS degree
• Test automation like selenium and comfortable with one programming lang e.g java
• API and backend testing
• Performance testing- is bonus
• Understand CI/CD pipelines

Location:

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
