A strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout, especially when designing for dense, operationally critical environments.
Fluency in UX principles, with an ability to translate complex workflows into clear, efficient user journeys.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and end users, to align design with real-world operational needs.
Comfort working in iterative design processes, incorporating feedback, research, and performance insights to refine and evolve your work.
An eye for consistency and scalability, with a drive to maintain a unified design language across multiple products and use cases.
