About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing GPU compute and cloud infrastructure company serving enterprise customers running demanding AI and compute workloads.

As the Senior Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical side of enterprise customer relationships from pre-sales through onboarding and ongoing production usage.

You will work closely with enterprise customers, account managers, product and infrastructure teams to make sure customers can successfully deploy, run and scale their workloads.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and taking full ownership of the customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Own enterprise customer onboarding: manage access, networking, storage, server handover and first workloads through to production.

  • Act as the first technical point of contact for enterprise customers, understanding and troubleshooting issues before escalating to SRE or engineering when needed.

  • Own technical issues through resolution: provide context to internal teams, coordinate communication and ensure issues are closed properly.

  • Support pre-sales activities: lead technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demos and POCs alongside the commercial team.

  • Design and run POCs with clear technical success criteria and help customers move from evaluation to production.

  • Debug customer workloads hands-on, including inference and multi-GPU workloads, working directly with customer engineering teams.

  • Monitor account health proactively: identify technical risks, communicate incidents and RCAs, track uptime and surface potential issues before they become blockers.

  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, SRE and Engineering to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Improve the enterprise customer experience by identifying recurring technical problems and creating better onboarding and operational processes.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing technical role.

  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure, GPU infrastructure, AI infrastructure or enterprise compute.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:

    • Linux

    • Virtual machines

    • Kubernetes

    • Networking

    • Storage

    • NVIDIA GPUs

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and AI workloads alongside experienced customer engineers.

  • Experience running technical demos, POCs, implementations or enterprise deployments.

  • Strong understanding of production infrastructure and the ability to distinguish between customer-facing issues and underlying SRE/engineering problems.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly proactive and autonomous: you should be comfortable identifying what needs to happen next without waiting for instructions.

  • Strong ownership mentality. You follow problems through to resolution rather than simply passing them to another team.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built.

  • Fluent English is a MUST and French is preferrable

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will become the technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise customers.

You will be expected to independently manage customer onboarding, technical discovery, POCs, workload troubleshooting and ongoing account health, while partnering closely with the commercial and infrastructure teams.

The goal is simple: customers should be able to get their workloads running quickly, stay successful in production and have a strong technical partner throughout their journey.
