The Senior Solution Engineer will identify Propel's value proposition, configure demos, support the sales team, and enhance demonstration capabilities for clients and internal teams.

ROLE
As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Sales team, identifying and quantifying Propel's value proposition in sales campaigns. You will demonstrate Propel’s product capabilities, built on the Salesforce platform, and quickly gain credibility as an expert in client-facing environments.
The core duties of this role include:
- Configuring custom demonstrations that showcase specific capabilities and map directly to positive business outcomes for prospects.
- Enhancing standard software demonstrations for internal team members.
- Participating in industry conferences and other events.
- Supporting the customer success team with standard demo capabilities when needed.
To be successful in this role you bring:
- 5+ years of solution engineering experience
- Education in a STEM field of study or equivalent experience
- Strong presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple ways.
- Passion for continuously learning and advancing your skills
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following solution domains:
- Quality Management
- Product Information Management
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Enterprise Software Technical Sales
- Supply Chain or Contract Manufacturing
- Engineering Design / Product Development
- Experience working with one or more of the following verticals:
- Electronics / High Tech
- Consumer Goods
- Medical Devices & Equipment
- Industrial Machinery
