Position Overview:
We’re looking for engineers who want to build & ship. People who get a kick out of solving challenging problems, hacking on side projects, and building things that actually ship. The primary focus of this role is building robust, secure, and efficient transaction processing systems and building rich features to provide the best DeFi bank experiences.
You'll also have the opportunity to impact other exciting projects within ether.fi, enhancing your scope of influence and technical growth.
What you will do:
Building the future of finance, DeFi bank, and bringing it to the real world use cases
Design, develop, and optimize scalable transaction processing services to support high-throughput, low-latency financial transactions.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Terraform
Drive improvements in our CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and monitoring systems to streamline operational efficiency.
Engaging in rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability.
What we are looking for:
Have strong fundamentals in software engineering & enjoys problem solving and have shipped something real.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience building and maintaining server-side applications.
5+ years of professional coding experience.
Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts such as reliability, fault tolerance, data consistency, and scalability.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native tools
Enthusiasm for joining a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
