Minimum Qualifications
- Expertise solving problems by developing software solutions that require innovation
- Expertise with the programming languages, frameworks and platforms used by the team, such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Angular or AWS
- Experience developing software modules or patterns used across multiple teams
- Expertise designing integration tests, leading software releases, and providing ongoing support
- Experience helping facilitate and create Agile software development practices and artifacts, such as user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
- Experience mentoring and developing others
- Experience providing thought leadership to influence software development practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 7 years of experience in a professional software engineering or similar role
- Expertise developing for a cloud environment or advanced cloud provider certification
- Experience designing or refining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
- Agile certification
