This role is ideal for a strong technical leader with deep expertise in Salesforce development, hands-on coding experience, and a solid understanding of cloud-based solution design. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and integrate advanced solutions within the Salesforce platform, with work across .NET services, Azure, AWS, and other technologies. You will drive the implementation of Salesforce features and customizations, ensure adherence to best practices, and support operational tasks and troubleshooting when necessary. Your ability to blend hands-on Salesforce development with cross-system integration experience will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable, flexible, and secure technical solutions that align with business requirements, focusing on long-term performance and sustainability. Apply strong knowledge of design principles and patterns to create robust, maintainable architectures.

  • Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to coding and development tasks as needed, particularly in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, Triggers, Platform Events), and other cloud technologies (Azure Kubernetes, AWS, Docker).

  • Salesforce Development: Lead the development and integration of business applications within Salesforce, ensuring effective use of its tools and capabilities to meet business needs.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, .NET services, and Azure technologies.

  • Data Management: Oversee data migration processes, manage data jobs, and implement data fixes using tools like TIBCO TCI, MuleSoft. Ensure data integrity and smooth workflows between systems.

  • Operational Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring system reliability and minimizing downtime.

  • Business Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations that align with business needs. Ensure that the technical solution is in sync with the overall business strategy.

  • Cloud & Containerized Technologies: Architect and build cloud-native applications using platforms like Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker. Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability and performance in the cloud.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in development processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.

What You’ll Need for Success

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a 5+ years of hands-on development background.

  • 3+ years of experience with data migration, data jobs, and using TIBCO TCI, Scribe or similar platforms for data management.

  • Strong coding expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), .NET applications

  • Experience in cloud technologies, like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in services such as APIM, Azure Service Bus, Kubernetes, and Docker.

  • Deep understanding of design principles and design patterns, with the ability to apply these concepts to real-world projects.

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a hands-on development background.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in real-time.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

  • A passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions, and a commitment to improving development processes and practices.

  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing frameworks.

  • Experience working with agile methodologies and iterative project delivery.
