Job overview:

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a core technical contributor on the Business Systems team, responsible for configuring, automating, and continuously optimizing Omada’s Salesforce ecosystem to support business operations. The role partners with business systems analysts, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and maintain scalable, high-quality solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency. This role serves as a platform subject matter expert, owning Salesforce configuration standards, advanced automation, and technical escalations. Success in this role requires strong technical depth in Salesforce administration and automation, knowledge of platform best practices, and effective collaboration in a sprint-based, cross-functional environment.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, including work in complex or highly customized Salesforce environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, screen, scheduled flows, and subflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate tradeoffs between declarative and programmatic approaches and act as a technical decision-maker for Salesforce configuration and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools, with the ability to design scalable patterns and select appropriate tools for a given use case.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a cross-functional, delivery-oriented environment (for example, Agile or sprint-based), partnering with business, product, and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (highly preferred).

Your impact:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and security settings to support evolving business processes and uphold platform configuration standards.
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, subflows, and scheduled) to automate and streamline workflows, establishing reusable, scalable automation patterns.
  • Evaluate business and functional requirements and determine the appropriate automation approach in partnership with analysts and developers.
  • Partner closely with developers on solutions that combine declarative configuration and programmatic components, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and configuration impacts.
  • Support sprint-based delivery, including build, test, deployment, and post-release validation activities.
  • Perform data loads, data updates, and ongoing data quality maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues and user requests, coordinating with analysts and developers as needed.
  • Define and maintain documentation, standards, and continuous improvement practices for the Salesforce platform and related processes.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience partnering closely with Salesforce developers on solutions that combine declarative and programmatic components.
  • Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other administrators, analysts, or power users on Salesforce configuration and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile or other sprint-based delivery models.
  • Experience configuring or applying Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein/Agentforce) to improve business workflows and user experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!
