Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & CPQ Administrator to join our team and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. • Triage revenue, billing, and usage data issues, partnering with Engineering and Revenue Operations to identify root causes and drive fixes.
  • Identify and eliminate manual gaps in CPQ, billing, and revenue processes by working with developers to automate end-to-end flows.
  • Translate revenue and operational issues into clear Jira stories and requirements for scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Own data accuracy across CPQ, billing, and revenue objects through audits, reconciliation, and preventative controls.
  • Monitor integrations and data syncs impacting revenue, ensuring correctness and reliability.
  • Build and maintain revenue-focused reports and dashboards for Finance and RevOps.
  • Provide targeted user support and training related to CPQ, billing, and revenue processes.
  • Design & Deploy Autonomous Agents: Build and manage Agentforce Service and Sales Agents to automate top-of-funnel lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and routine customer inquiries.
  • AI-Driven Revenue Workflows: Configure Agentforce Actions and Prompt Templates to automate manual steps in the quoting process (e.g., proactive quote follow-ups or answering product/pricing questions for reps).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in CPQ.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options, CPQ processes, and workflow automation. Proficient in data management and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.

Bonus:

  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with other business applications, such as NetSuite ERP or marketing automation systems HubSpot.
  • Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist (the new 2025/2026 standard) is a major plus.
