We're now looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join #teamgreen.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a key role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce functionality and related tooling to help Matillion grow and scale.

What we are looking for

• Project Execution and Support: Support various projects and initiatives to customize and configure Salesforce to meet our needs. You'll translate business requirements into technical solutions, and push the approved configurations to production.
• System Configuration and Maintenance: Implement new scalable solutions using Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, flows, and more.
• Test and Validate: Ensure all configurations are thoroughly tested before going live.
• User Support: Provide day-to-day support troubleshooting issues and maintaining system security, including user provisioning, roles, and permissions.
• Stay ahead: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce's latest releases and features, ensuring our tools evolve and scale.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce Experience, preferably in a configuration or administrative role.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification; Advanced Administrator is a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Configurations (objects, fields, flows, validation rules)
• Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Detail orientated, with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, and the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
