About the teamYou’ll be joining the Sales Operations team within Zillow’s Agent Software & Advertising (ASA) organization. ASA creates value for real estate professionals through high-impact marketing, sales, and productivity solutions. Sales Operations plays a critical role in enabling those solutions by delivering the right insights, systems, and strategies that help our sales teams succeed.
Within Sales Ops, this role sits at the intersection of training and performance analytics, supporting Zillow Academy—the platform that delivers learning and development courses to our agent partners. Zillow Academy is core to our mission of empowering agents to grow their business through on-demand education. As a Senior Sales Insights Analyst, you’ll collaborate with Program Managers, Sales Leaders, and Operations stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of training efforts, while also contributing to broader analytics initiatives that drive operational excellence and frontline productivity.

About the role
  • Develop and maintain engaging dashboards and performance reports using Tableau to track training participation, content engagement, and learning outcomes
     

  • Analyze the relationship between Zillow Academy participation and sales performance to help quantify business impact
     

  • Work closely with training program leads, business partners, and analysts to translate business questions into data models and performance metrics
     

  • Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities across sales behaviors and training usage
     

  • Partner with Engineering and BI teams to advocate for data quality, consistency, and accessibility
     

  • Support other high-priority sales or performance analysis initiatives as needed across the broader Sales Operations org

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $88,200.00 - $140,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably supporting training, enablement, sales, or program evaluation
     

  • Proficient in SQL and Tableau, with a strong grasp of data visualization best practices
     

  • Comfortable using business tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
