Ibotta is seeking a Senior Revenue Process and Systems Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Administer and refine revenue platforms covering the full market-to-cash cycle.
Monitor the revenue technology stack, ensuring platform stability, adoption, and scalability.
Evaluate, implement, and support integrations between CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and billing systems.
Support tooling and data team to ensure consistency in reporting, seamless handoffs between systems, and alignment across all GTM functions.
Curate and communicate development priorities across internal stakeholders and external delivery partners.
Translate “jobs to be done” into clear requirements for systems, workflows, and reporting enhancements.
Develop documentation and training material with support of the sales enablement team to drive adoption and best practices across GTM teams.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for revenue platforms, ensuring teams understand system capabilities and process flows.
Ensure CRM and GTM data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Collaborate with revenue analytics teams to refine data creating processes.
Map, document, and continuously improve end-to-end revenue processes across e.g. opportunity tracking, pipeline forecasting, and renewals.
Conduct gap assessments of current processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and support creation of improvement roadmaps.
Assist revenue operations and revenue teams by supporting cross-functional initiatives

What we are looking for:
5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Sales Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization.
Advanced proficiency with CRM and revenue platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Salesloft, LeanData, Revenue Cloud, Everstage) including administration, integration, and automation experience.
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional GTM systems across the market-to-cash cycle, ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and scalability.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable system and process solutions, partnering closely with stakeholders
Strong data management and reporting acumen, including experience maintaining CRM hygiene, optimizing data workflows, and supporting analytics teams with structured data inputs.
Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead multiple system or process improvement initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication and enablement skills, comfortable training of end users, documenting process flows, and driving best-practice adoption across GTM teams.
Experience with process mapping, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) is a plus.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $91,000 - $105,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
