About the Role

Qwilr's go-to-market engine runs on clean data, smooth handoffs, and systems that just work. When any of those break down, every GTM leader feels it: in their pipeline, their reporting, their ability to make decisions with confidence. This role exists to make sure that doesn't happen.

We're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across our Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing. You'll own the GTM tech stack, keep our data trustworthy and decision-ready, automate the work that shouldn't be manual, and make sure our processes reflect how we actually want to go to market.

The foundations are in place. What we need now is someone who can take a well-built GTM system and make it sharper with better reporting, smarter automation, cleaner handoffs. If you're energized by operating and improving a complex revenue engine rather than building from scratch, this role was made for you.

You'll report to our VP of Customer Experience and work closely with our CEO, CMO, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance.

What You'll Own

The GTM data layer. GTM analytics that tell a clear, reliable story. You'll own the reporting our leaders actually rely on: top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline health, CS and GRR reporting, and attribution. You’ll make sure it's accurate, timely, and comes with the context needed to make good decisions. Other teams get clean data. Leaders get the operational reality.

CS operational enablement. A big part of this role is building the operational backbone that lets our Customer Experience team do their best work. That means designing playbooks, building automations, and creating workflows that scale with the business so the team spends less time on repetitive operational tasks and more time with customers. You'll partner closely with the Customer Experience team to automate and improve existing CS processes and build new ones, from renewal workflows to customer health reporting. This is a real area of focus, not a side project.

The tech stack. HubSpot is our system of record, and you'll be its owner, along with the surrounding stack: Vitally, Apollo, Chili Piper, Gong, Ortto, Zapier, and Calendly. You'll manage integrations, drive vendor rationalization, and make sure the tools work as one system rather than a collection of disconnected apps.

Lead lifecycle. Keep inbound leads moving to the right place, fast. You'll own lead scoring, routing, and the flows that take a trial or demo request through to an AE and continuously tune them to improve speed-to-lead and conversion.

Automation & AI workflows. A meaningful share of our reporting and attribution already runs through AI. You'll inherit these workflows, improve them, and build new ones. AI fluency isn't a nice-to-have here; it's core to how RevOps works at Qwilr, and we want you to bring that mindset to everything you touch.

About You

Experience & Background

  • 4–5 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a closely related role at a fast-moving, scaling software company

  • Proven track record of owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and seeing them through

  • Deep CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) and genuine comfort across a modern GTM tech stack

  • Hands-on experience building and managing automation workflows, including Zapier, Claude, or both

  • Strong GTM analytics and attribution skills: you own the numbers and don’t just report on them. You’re curious and exercise good judgment when the data doesn’t tell the whole story.

What We're Looking For

  • High agency. You take a problem, figure out what matters, and move. You don't wait to be pointed in a direction. You have a strategic mindset, along with a sharp eye for detail and opportunity.

  • An operate-and-improve mindset. You're curious, open-minded and energized by making good systems great, not just building new ones. You’re happy in spreadsheet and in the tools.

  • Clear and proactive communication. You surface insights before people have to ask. Leaders trust you because they know you'll tell them what they need to know. You bring structure and momentum to ambiguous problems and you’re willing to challenge others when the data backs you up.

  • Cross-functional ease. You work naturally across CX, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You’re collaborative and low ego, and you you elevate the team around you. You move work forward and influence teams without needing direct authority.

  • Real AI fluency. Not just awareness; you're actively using AI tools in your own daily work to increase productivity and you’re genuinely excited to bring that to the team.

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to our VP of Customer Experience and work closely with our CEO, CMO, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance. RevOps at Qwilr is a trusted partner to every GTM leader: embedded, proactive, and relied on to keep the engine running.
