Lead talent acquisition for DoW clients nationwide with emphasis on Hanscom AFB; source and recruit cleared military and civilian personnel, coordinate interviews and onboarding, ensure security clearance compliance, support leadership reporting and process improvements.
This is a remote position.
You will be responsible for the following:- Leading and developing day-to-day talent acquisition support for DoW clients throughout the U.S., with a heavy focus on Hanscom AFB
- Supporting cross-functional alignment and execution to attract cleared talent for diverse technical roles supporting US Air Force
- Coordinating interview scheduling, client meetings, and task tracking for leadership reporting
- Supporting process improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency and accountability
- Ensuring compliance with applicable DoW security clearance guidance
- Tracking and processing personnel actions, staffing documentation, and onboarding package
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 10 years of experience sourcing cleared civilian and military personnel or DoW personnel operations.
- Experience supporting DoW, U.S. Air Force or joint military organizations
- Familiarity with military personnel processes, evaluations, security clearance and administrative workflows
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, communication, and task management skills
- Experience handling sensitive personnel and operational information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting senior leadership for military and civilian populations
- Experience recruiting at Hanscom AFB
Education and Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Preferred US Secret Clearance
