Test Salesforce releases for a New York State Department of Labor unemployment insurance call center. Develop and execute SIT and E2E scenarios covering workflows, case management, integrations, and user interfaces. Manage test cases, results, metrics, and defects in Copado, retest fixes, and coordinate with developers and functional stakeholders to confirm deployment readiness without disrupting live operations.

Maintain and enhance a Salesforce Service Cloud instance supporting a state unemployment insurance call center. Configure Service Cloud, develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, reports, and dashboards, and manage sandbox-to-production deployments with Copado. Provide warranty support, analyze and remediate defects, and lead knowledge transfer and pairing sessions to build the client technical team’s independence.

Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models. Partner with stakeholders and Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric) to transform data into insights, use Copilot Studio for AI-enabled reporting, improve performance/governance, support Excel-heavy reporting, and assist project management to maintain contractual compliance.

Lead end-to-end Oracle CLM implementation and rollout projects. Gather requirements, design contract workflows and approval hierarchies, configure Oracle procurement and contracts modules, conduct fit-gap analysis, coordinate testing and deployment, plan data migration, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations. Provide stakeholder management, user training, change management, and functional support for legal, finance, procurement, and contract teams.

Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle CLM technical components, including integrations, reports, workflows, document generation, and system extensions. Build real-time interfaces with enterprise systems, write and optimize PL/SQL, customize contract templates and clause libraries, and manage data migration from legacy systems. Perform unit testing, resolve defects, and create technical documentation. The role requires deep Oracle CLM/Fusion expertise, strong integration capabilities, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise Java microservices and front-end applications. Build APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments; troubleshoot production, ensure security/compliance, mentor junior developers, and collaborate within Agile teams.
