About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a specialized focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including sales, sales engineering, marketing, customer success, and related functions. In this role, you will lead the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, build and refine internal recruitment processes, and partner strategically with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent that aligns with Astronomer’s mission and values.

What you get to do:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions, from sourcing to all the way through offer negotiation and offer acceptance.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior level leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and profile, and develop effective recruitment strategies to successfully bring in best-in-class talent.

  • Sourcing Strategies & Market Insights: Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Gather and leverage market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies, including understanding industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape.

  • Process Creation & Improvement: Design, implement, and continuously refine internal recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness.

  • Offer Strategy & Closing: Lead closing and negotiations with strong understanding of compensation and equity

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding Astronomer’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.

What you bring to the role:
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies.

  • Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit within these areas.

  • Familiarity with GTM tooling and tech stacks to credibly assess candidates.

  • Experience hiring across multiple GTM segments simultaneously with different hiring profiles and timelines.

  • Experience partnering with Revenue leadership on workforce planning and role scoping, not just filling open reqs.

  • Strong negotiation skills specific to GTM compensation structures.

  • Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decisions.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven track record with recruiter-sourced outbound sequences and the ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company

  • Prior startup experience

  • Experience hiring enterprise sellers with with structured sales methodology backgrounds (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar)

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $135,000 - $150,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate; actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
