- Provide comprehensive property and lease administration services
- Assist in designing and reviewing monthly/quarterly reports
- Train new Lease Specialists and interpret complex lease documents
- Conduct rent analysis and process rent payments
- Manage vendor/landlord relationships and resolve issues
- Review landlord reconciliation statements and tax calculations for accuracy
- Manage data entry of lease documents and track critical dates
- Draft landlord notices and coordinate legal review for transaction documents

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's in real estate related field, or business administration, or paralegal studies, or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 4+ years real estate experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Prior experience with using a lease administration database
- Proven ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
- Proven customer service skills to include handling escalated situations
- Advanced mathematical, financial, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the capability to master company specific databases / programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate real estate, telecommunications, or similarly complex portfolio environment
- Experience reading and abstracting leases, amendments, estoppels, SNDA, legal notices
- Experience reviewing CAM/Operating Expense reconciliations, real estate tax, and insurance charges
- Experience with invoice processing, accounts payable coordination, and rent payment administration
- Experience reviewing data and preparing ad hoc reports for leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience with lease administration and real estate platforms such as CoStar, Visual Lease, MRI, Yardi, or similar systems
- Ability to manage large volumes of records and time-sensitive critical dates with a high degree of accuracy
