We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the deployment of our AI software solutions for enterprise clients in North America. This role involves collaborating with various teams and partners to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and adoption of our products. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes and perceive the value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the implementation process, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating for their success.
- Technical Integration: Work closely with technical teams to manage IT integrations and ensure seamless integration of our software with client systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular check-ins with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables and conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet client requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive improvements in our implementation processes and products.
Timeline for Success
- Within 1 Month:
- Attend onboarding and master product training.
- Shadow experienced team members and take ownership of your first implementation project.
- Within 3 Months:
- Lead implementation projects independently and solve specific technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to define action plans based on desired business outcomes.
- Within 6 Months:
- Successfully deliver multiple implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our implementation methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 8-10 years in project management, implementation, or technical consulting in the Enterprise B2B sector.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Technical proficiency in integration and software implementation.
- Proactive approach to understanding client needs and driving successful outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including understanding network infrastructure, key players, and regulatory environment, is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A certification in project management is a plus.
