As a Customer Experience Project Manager at Ridgeline, you will lead enterprise cloud software implementations that are transforming the investment management industry. You’ll serve as the primary driver of successful project delivery, partnering with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to define scope, manage resources, and hit critical milestones. This role requires exceptional organizational strength, consultative finesse, and a track record of managing multiple, concurrent enterprise projects. You’ll be joining a dynamic team committed to operational excellence, continuous learning, and cutting-edge tools, including AI solutions like ChatGPT, to enhance project execution and stakeholder engagement.
What will you do?
Define project scope, schedule, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with customer and internal stakeholders
Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and maintain high levels of engagement and accountability
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations, provide updates, and escalate risks appropriately
Manage project budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and ensure financial transparency throughout the engagement
Monitor quality standards and enforce delivery excellence across all project phases
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to keep projects on track and within scope
Conduct retrospectives and assess project outcomes to inform continuous improvement
Contribute directly to critical project tasks when needed to ensure delivery timelines are met
Travel domestically 25–50% to support implementation milestones and foster strong customer relationships
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role
Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front and back office (e.g., portfolio accounting, performance, trading, compliance)
Proven ability to manage enterprise software projects with multiple stakeholders and technical components
Highly organized and self-sufficient with strong time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate with internal and external teams, including executive stakeholders
Quick learner with a curious mindset and ability to ramp up on new technologies and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus:
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and software development lifecycles
Proficiency with tools like Slack, JIRA/Confluence, and Mavenlink
Basic understanding of APIs, AWS, and serverless technologies
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2)
Experience working with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $127,000 to $153,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
