Responsible for independently managing large, complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring cost, schedule, scope, and quality objectives are met. Acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. Provides direction to project teams and mentors junior project managers while ensuring project outcomes align with business objectives. Project success is measured by providing the desired deliverables and outputs within the specified timeframe and budget while also aligning with broader organization objectives
Responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects. Oversees, plans, monitors, identifies potential risks, and allocates resources for multiple assigned projects from conception through implementation.
Establishes, adapts, and applies project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and business expectations.
Monitors and analyzes project budgets, risks, performance, and quality metrics. Tracks costs, performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Communicates project strategy, progress, and challenges to leadership and stakeholders. Builds consensus across cross-functional teams, driving accountability and execution.
Serves as a subject matter expert, mentor and coach to more junior project managers to educate and assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvements/changes.
Performs other duties as requested.
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Have lead large, complex projects and programs with budgets exceeding 1MIL
Have managed a large portfolio of concurrent projects and workstreams, including 50+ initiatives at a time.
Partner across technical, operational, and business teams to drive delivery of both hardware and software based initiatives.
Have presented project updates, risks, decisions and recommendations to VP level leadership+.
Demonstrarted ability to re-prioritize and re-baseline complex projects and portfolios based on evolving business priorities, dependencies, risk, and executive direction.
Have overseen vendor engagement, including prcurement support, contract coordination, and partner management.
Have supported cybersecurity and vulnerabililty remediation process as part of the project planning and execution.
Experience with JIRA (including advanced featuers like writing custom JQL and building dashboards/reports) and Microsoft Office tools to support project planning, reporting, documementation, and executive presentations.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
Have experiene mentoring jr team members or peers and contribute to the growth and maturity of the project management function.
Effective critical thinking skills
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Project management - 7+ years of experience as a technical PM

The base pay for this position generally is between
$78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
