  • Collaborate with technical experts and discipline leads across the company to shape smart, efficient project strategies.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication, transparency, and follow-through.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them grow both technically and professionally.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, panels, and networking functions, helping reinforce our presence in the Massachusetts transit sector.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license required.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in the rail and transit sector, with a strong record of work with MBTA.

  • Proven success in both project execution and client engagement.

  • Deep understanding of public procurement, permitting, and design standards in Massachusetts.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for working with clients to shape transportation solutions that improve communities.

Why Join Us?

  • Strategic, high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of transit in Boston.
