We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with proven experience leading complex technical projects in the networking domain. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, excels at driving execution under tight timelines, and brings both technical acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills to complex transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and aggressive timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers and architects to ensure project objectives are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, driving regular communication, progress reporting, and expectation management.
- Identify, document, and actively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as required.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and customer-facing updates.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments in coordination with stakeholders and technical teams.
- May include the planning, and coordination of migration waves, including dependency management and cutover activities.
- Depending on project requirements, oversee and organize application testing efforts, ensuring validation and readiness for post-migration operations.
Skills-Required:
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years leading enterprise-scale cloud migration or network transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive delivery timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet,)
Skills-Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven track record of managing network deployments
- Proven experience planning and executing migration waves and coordinating large testing efforts.
- PMP certified
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
