Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Manager, GTM - Planning, is responsible for managing the cross-functional planning stage of our quarterly go-to-market (GTM) process. This role ensures strategic alignment, drives planning timelines and deliverables, and facilitates collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, National Retail, Digital, and Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at stakeholder engagement and communication. This role also leads efforts to improve the scalability and effectiveness of GTM planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Planning Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end GTM planning stage, coordinating across all relevant teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned strategy
  • Strategic Alignment: Engage stakeholders across functions to define and align on quarterly GTM goals and priorities
  • Communication & Reporting: Establish and maintain a stakeholder map, communication cadence, and reporting framework to ensure visibility and alignment throughout the planning process
  • Timeline & Deliverables: Develop and manage detailed planning timelines, milestones, and key deliverables to drive successful plan development
  • Facilitation: Lead cross-functional planning sessions, manage follow-ups, and proactively address risks and dependencies
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the GTM planning process for improved efficiency and scalability

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years in program management, GTM operations, or strategic planning

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional strategic planning processes
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and resolve planning inefficiencies
  • Proficiency with planning and tracking tools

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
