Job DescriptionSenior Project Coordinator will serve as the Team Lead. The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities including providing user support and support for the project team. This will include maintaining relationships with our users and clients, and assisting with the creation and maintenance of support and functional documentation. Candidate should possess project management skills, general technical support skills, excellent customer service skills, and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
QualificationsDesired experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Minimum requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare management, HIT, or other business area. Experience working as a BA or PC on a project.
Desired requirements:
High level of customer service experience. Specific skills related to project administration, reporting, financial management, meeting admin, telecom, etc. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture.
