The Senior Programmatic Account Manager (Sr. AM) is a senior member of the Mogl Client Services team, responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple brands and channels. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients, driving long-term business growth, fostering strong relationships, and mentoring team members.

Sr. Programmatic Account Managers are both strategic and hands-on — managing complex campaigns while shaping department-wide processes, training, and innovation. This position is key to maintaining Mogl’s reputation as a trusted, results-driven partner in the programmatic landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE 

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of campaign strategy, delivery, and performance.
  • Own campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to meet client KPIs.
  • Proactively identify performance trends, using data to drive decisions and enhance outcomes.
  • Leverage expert-level knowledge of The Trade Desk (TTD) and other DSPs to design, execute, and refine campaign structures and bidding strategies.
  • Act as a “player-coach” by mentoring and developing Account Managers, Associate Account Managers, and Programmatic Associates 
  • Build and maintain dashboards that visualize performance and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment through pod-based meetings, L10s, and client strategy sessions.
 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
  • Deep understanding of DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr), SSPs, and DMPs.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital advertising, in a programmatic or media account management role.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable programmatic strategies.
     
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, Salesforce, Asana, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring or managing team members.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and lead by example.

Please note this role is only open to candidates in the Denver, CO area. This role is hybrid, and will work from our downtown Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. 

The estimated pay range for this role is a base salary of $110,000-$119,000 with a quarterly commission package that will be discussed before the official offer.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
