- Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies to advance training and development objectives across the organization. Leverage training data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive program enhancements
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze training data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new initiatives. Use data to forecast needs, measure program effectiveness, and drive strategic adjustments
- Enhanced Program Design: Oversee the creation and refinement of advanced training content and instructional design principles to ensure programs are impactful, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals
- Advanced Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business strategy and objectives
- Optimized Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to maximize the impact of training programs. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively
- Mentorship and Professional Growth: Lead and expand a mentorship program designed to support and accelerate professional growth across all levels of the organization
- Risk and Change Management: Proactively manage risks associated with program implementation and adapt to changes to maintain program integrity and effectiveness
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all training and development initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BS/BA Degree Desired
- 5+ years of experience in program management with a focus on training and development, including experience with data-driven decision-making
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic program plans that align with organizational goals
- Advanced skills in analyzing training data, reporting, and leveraging analytics to drive program improvements
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capability in resource allocation and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in instructional design and content development is highly desirable
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
